In order to assist farmer on choosing the most suitable crops for their farm, Grain research & development corporation (GRDC) has published a new sowing guide this year. This guide contain an overview on the yield performance , disease resistant and argonomic information of different crops type.

When deciding whether to implement a new variety into your farming system, it is important to determine whether the change will provide an advantage. A new variety should:

• Have better or equal yield, grain quality and/or disease traits

• Provide diversity or risk mitigation

• Suit current market requirements.
